AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE WOMEN OF UNIFOR LOCAL 87-M TO DISCUSS HOW WE CAN ADVANCE OUR INTERESTS AT WORK & THE LOCAL + CHOOSE KEY POSITIONS. SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED

4:30 -5:30 PM: GENERAL DISCUSSION

Budget presentation/outlining our goals for the year/general discussion

5:30-6 PM: ELECTION + SELECTION

• Five positions on the women’s committee: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary- Treasurer + two committee members at large
• Six delegate positions on this year’s Unifor Women’s Conference August 5-8 in Port Elgin: Three spaces for women who sit on the committee, one for an equity-seeking candidate, one for any woman from the floor + one extra space sponsored by the Women’s Committee for an Ottawa-area woman.
