Article IX - Membership

An applicant for membership shall apply to the Executive Committee and final action upon any application shall be by the Executive Committee.

Reinstatement fees shall be set by the Local Executive Committee.

A resignation of membership is not effective unless accepted by the Executive Committee or as a result of permanent resignation of bargaining unit employment.
