Article XVII - Conduct Of Meetings

Membership meetings and meetings of the Executive Committee and Representative Council shall be conducted according to Bourinot’s Rules of Order and by amendments to this section.

Quorum for meetings of the Membership and Representative Council shall be as stated in the applicable articles of these bylaws. No action of any meeting of the Membership or Representative Council called with sufficient and proper notice shall be invalid for lack of a quorum unless the question of lack of a quorum was raised before such action was taken. The notice for a membership meeting shall include an agenda.
